EXPECTED COST – $25 PER ATHLETE (responsible for own off-campus lodging)

Friday:
3:00 pm Check-In open until 6:00 pm
6:00 pm Devo Rally – Chapel – athletes, coaches, and parents
7:00 pm Banquet
Saturday
8:00 am Devo Rally – Chapel
9:00 am Race – Middle School Boys & Girls
9:30 am Race – High School Girls
10:15 am Race – High School Boys
11:00 am Awards Ceremony

FEES
Registration Fee: $15 per athlete (non-refundable)
Off Campus Fee: $10 per athlete (Includes: Dinner, Opening Ceremony, Race)
Each runner/family will be responsible for their own lodging off campus. On-campus lodging is available if desired (bunk houses, etc.).
Every participating athlete, if staying off campus, will be charged a total of $25.
*Extra Dinner Banquet tickets may be purchased for $12 per person on our website cross country page.

NOTES
Check-in is complete once you arrive on the property.
You may choose to stay on campus Thursday and/or Friday night.
Friday evening (11/13) Dinner Buffet – Your team will be assigned to eat at a specific dining slot – check with your Coach.
Opening ceremony will “kick off” the event at 6p Friday night (11/13).
The races will be held on Saturday morning (11/14).
There will be opportunities to run the course Friday.
There will be a middle school race (9:00 am), a girls race (9:30 am), and a boys race (10:15 am).
The race will be administered by the Doug Bennett and NACA officials.
Timing will be kept by Terra Running Company using timing chips.
There will be individual awards and team awards given. The top 5 runners from each team will determine results.
